We have picked up several last minute bookings for this week!
We will be back at SBD martin today, but since it was only a couple days notice for us, unfortunately we will not be able to do philly cheesesteak sandwiches! We only use one kind of roll for the cheesesteaks and any substitutions that I could get around here would not be up to our standards.
So we are happy to feed the SBD crew today but we will have a limited menu!
The main push will be:
philly fries
Smash burgers
Fatburgers
We also have very limited stock for our chicken and specialty items.
If you work at SBD and see this, please share the word around!

I stayed open all day yesterday and almost had a heat stroke 😭
I still plan to be at Rural King today, but I think we are going to shoot from 4-8 p.m. or later.
Would that ruin anybodys plans? 😂

Hey Sharon and Martin fam—it’s been a minute!
​For the last few months, we’ve been running ragged behind the scenes, pouring all our energy into private bookings and events. We’ve loved every second of it, but we’ve seriously missed our weekend regulars.
​So, we’re finally bringing the truck back to our usual spots this weekend, and we’re coming back swinging.
​Here is the game plan:
​📍 FRIDAY: We’ll be at our regular spot in Sharon.
📍 SATURDAY: Catch us at Rural King in Martin.
​Since it’s been a while, we had to do something special. Not only are we bringing back a massive fan favorite—our double-stacked Reuben sandwiches—but we are also running a tester run on a brand-new menu concept we’ve been working on.

​🚨 Enter: The Master Steak ($18.99)

​You guys know we live for cheesesteaks and smash burgers, but we wanted to take it to the absolute limit. This beast is loaded with shaved sirloin Philly steak, grilled onions, red and green bell peppers, melty provolone, and—the kicker—a split hot Italian sausage right on top. It is a monster of a sandwich, and we need your honest feedback to see if it earns a permanent spot on the board.
​Come hungry, because we aren't holding back this weekend.
