All right. Cooking with Chris fam. I'm putting a poll out there right now. Just leave it in the comments so you know I will be set up at the Halloween block party. The question is I'm going to have my empanadas, but for a dish I'm thinking either of a pork chop with rice and either Puerto Rican style potato salad or macaroni salad. The other protein I was thinking if I did not do a pork chop is going to be grilled chicken with white rice and Puerto Rican style stewed beans to put over top of the white rice. For the third option I was thinking my pinchos that I do that is covered in brushed in the Puerto Rican style guava BBQ sauce. So those are my three options I'm thinking about going with. Leave a comment. Let me know which one you want to see at the block party and that'll be the one I have on the menu.
