Wow… SOLD OUT! ❤️

I am truly overwhelmed by the incredible support shown at the Sebewaing Township Farmers Market today.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Mellie’s Bakehouse booth, purchased a treat, shared kind words, or simply took a moment to visit. It was such a joy meeting so many wonderful people from our community and getting to connect with both customers and fellow vendors throughout our time there. There are some amazing vendors still set up and ready to welcome you until 6pm ❤️

Seeing so many of you excited about our fresh tortillas, conchas, and especially our new Mellie’s Minis means more than I can put into words. Small businesses thrive because of communities like ours, and I am so grateful for each and every one of you.

Thank you for supporting local, supporting homemade, and supporting this dream. I can’t wait to bake more goodies and see you all again soon!

🌮 Homemade Flour Tortillas
Made completely from scratch and cooked fresh for that soft, authentic flavor you just can’t get from a package.

🍞 Fresh Conchas
Traditional Mexican sweet bread with a tender, buttery crumb and beautiful crunchy topping.

We’re launching three gourmet mini cookie flavors:

✨ House Specialty Chocolate Chip
Our signature cookie in the perfect two-bite size.

✨ Churro
A cinnamon-sugar favorite packed with warm, buttery flavor.

✨ Pure Michigan
A special creation featuring sweet Traverse City cherries and rich Frankenmuth fudge—a little taste of Michigan in every bite.

Mellie’s Minis were inspired by a simple idea: enjoying life’s sweet moments without the all-or-nothing mindset. Big flavor. Thoughtful portions. Plenty of joy.

This Memorial Day weekend, Mellie’s Bakehouse will be hosting a very special pop-up filled with red, white, and blue sweet treats in honor of the brave men and women who gave all for our freedom. 🇺🇸❤️💙

After recently visiting Arlington National Cemetery, this holiday carries even deeper meaning for us. Walking those sacred grounds was a powerful reminder of the sacrifice behind the freedoms we enjoy every day.

We wanted to begin this weekend with gratitude, remembrance, and community — the best way we know how… through homemade desserts shared with love.

The Dessert Den will be adorned with patriotic goodies and heartfelt appreciation for those who served and sacrificed. We hope you’ll stop by, celebrate with us, and take a moment to remember the heroes who made it all possible. ❤️🤍💙
