Exciting news! 🎉
On August 1st, I will officially take over the restaurant located at [📍652 E Broadway,Eugene, OR 97401]. Renovation will begin right after, and I’m aiming to host a friends & family tasting in mid to late September.

If all goes as planned, we’ll begin our soft opening on October 1st! 🍲🔥

羊肉火锅的由来
相传700年前,元世祖忽必烈率军南下远征,想起了家乡的清炖羊肉,当时因为打仗,厨子来不及炖制羊肉,就把羊肉切成薄片在水里煮一下,没想到口感更加鲜美,再加上辣椒和芝麻酱等调料更好吃,后来这道菜就在北方盛行起来,并流传至今。
