By far the most amount of meat I’ve smoked in one cook. 12 pork butts = around 100 lbs. It was a lot of fun and it turned out great.

Today was a fun day baking banana bread and smoking some bacon wrapped meatballs! Everything turned out great and I’m excited to do some more cooking this week.

We have had a loss here in our BBQ community, Casey Larson who had such a love for his outdoor cooking left this earth much too soon and leaves behind a wife and 2 young children.
