HalfWit Coffee Roasters are a team of seasoned Chicago coffee professionals dedicated to providing the highest caliber coffee with the least amount of pretense. We want you to know that we aim to be savvy about what we do. We want you to feel comfortable asking questions. Most of all, we want you to have fun and let us worry about making your coffee taste good. We are permanent besties with cooperative bean-baking lads & ladies at Gaslight Coffee Roasters.

Here at Los Volcanes, the Guatemalan farm we are connected with, we have Estafani explaining that the compost used for the coffee plants is all content from the farm and nothing outside. She also talks about how microorganisms from the compost are used on their plants!
We love being able to hear and share more information about the farms we love and support. Thanks to friends, we are able to access more info to share with all y’all!
