Worse stew recipe 😋
Ingredients
- Sausage
- Cooking oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- Garlic powder
- Spices of choice
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt to taste
- Red and black peppers
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and cook the sausage until browned
2. Cut into slices, add salt, onion, peppers and fry until softened
3. Add add spices including garlic and dried thyme and cook for a minute
5. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes
6. In a small bowl add one beef cube and bisto put hot water and stir. Add the water into the pot and let it simmer for 10 to 15minutes.
8. Serve hot with Pap/Sadza and enjoy!
