TruBeef

TruBeef Regenerative Organic, Grass-Fed & Finished, Pasture-Raised, Unaged, Halal Beef and Dorper Lamb. DID YOU KNOW? This is misleading.

Currently here in the US, there is no legal definition for the term 'Grass-fed' in meat or dairy. Any producer can use 'Grass-fed' product label declaration and this goes unchecked at the farm level. Many of our competitors are vague in their unproven label claims of being Grass-fed, Hormone-free, Antibiotic-free, and even suggest their meat is Organic, without basing these marketing claims on any

independent third-party verification. TruBeef STANDS FOR
All our family farms are independently Verified and Certified as: USDA Certified Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, Inspected as Pasture-raised, 3rd party Verified Grass-fed and Grass-finished beef. Fully audited for Carbon footprint and natural regenerative farming. This level of farm and food label transparency is what sets TruBeef apart from our competitors. You can enjoy TruBeef with complete confidence in quality and integrity.

From pasture rotation 🌱
To hedgerow planting 🌿
From improving biodiversity 🐝
To capturing carbon and enriching soil 🌍
To lowering emissions 🌎

This is what regenerative, organic farming looks like when it is done properly.

At TruBeef Organic, our animals are raised in harmony with the land, not forced through an industrial system built around shortcuts and chemicals That means working with nature’s rhythms, healthy, vibrant pasture, and careful stewardship of the land and animals.

How this supports animal wellbeing 🐄💚
Pasture-based living allows natural grazing, free movement, and a calmer environment. Lower stress supports healthier animals, and that shows up in food quality too.

Why it matters for your health 🧬
Regenerative organic systems focus on soil health and clean inputs, which means no chemicals and a natural, species-appropriate diet for the animals. More and more people choose this approach to reduce their exposure load and eat food they can trust and their bodies can thrive on.

Why it matters for the planet 🌿
Rotational grazing and biodiverse landscapes help rebuild soil, support wildlife, and store carbon in the ground. Healthy soil is the foundation of a healthier food system.

This is farming in harmony with the land. 🤍

TruBeef Organic Grass-Fed Lamb 🐑🌱

This is lamb the way it was meant to be raised.
100% certified organic.
100% grass-fed and grass-finished.
Pasture-raised on wild organic grasslands.

Why this matters for your health 🧬
Conventional lamb is often grain-finished and raised on commercial feeds that can alter fat quality and increase inflammatory load. Grass-fed, organic lamb supports a more natural fatty acid profile and avoids synthetic chemicals, antibiotics, and growth promoters many people are trying to reduce.

Why this matters for animals 💚
Dorper lambs thrive on pasture. They are hardy, calm, and naturally suited to grazing. Less stress, natural movement, and a species-appropriate diet lead to healthier animals and better food quality. Welfare is not optional. It shows up on your plate.

Why Dorper lamb 🥩
Renowned for its mild, delicate flavour, Dorper lamb is prized for eating, not for yield alone. No strong taste, no toughness, just clean, nourishing lamb raised with respect.
Real food. Raised right. No compromises. 🤍

When you buy TruBeef Organic, you are not just buying meat.

You are supporting a movement for better food, better farming, and better transparency. 🥩🌱

Why this matters for people
Modern meat systems often prioritise speed, volume, and shelf life over health. That can mean chemical inputs, heavy processing, long aging, and poor handling. Over time, these choices increase exposure to substances many people are trying to reduce, especially those sensitive to histamine or inflammation.

Cleaner inputs. Better handling. Fewer compromises. 🧬

Why this matters for animals
Animals raised with space, pasture, and proper care experience far less stress. Stress affects their health, their welfare, and ultimately the quality of the food they provide. Higher welfare is not a marketing slogan. It is biology. 🐄💚

Why transparency matters
Food labels can be confusing and sometimes misleading. We believe people deserve to know exactly how their food is raised, handled, and processed, without vague claims or loopholes.

Better standards benefit everyone.
The animals. The farmers. And your health. 🤍

A dangerous precedent being set here for cattle farms around the western world.

Why are any of the below industries not targeted like the humble cow and family farmers?

Oil ? Natural Gas? Coal? Rare Earth Mining? Steel? Power Generation?

These are all hugely powerful industries that spend big on donations and political lobbying to influence policy, ensure they keep their industries off the radar, off the font page and not part of the emissions narrative.

The humble cow is an soft target.

Cattle here a lot longer than heavy industry ever was.

Homemade Beef Tartare....on a hot Summer Day is both cool, refreshing and incredibly tasty!

🥩Many of us love Sushi and Sashimi yet are still put off by the thought of raw beef.
Just like Sashimi...if Beef Tartare comes from a trustworthy source and is prepared with good hygiene and low temperatures - you are in for a real treat!

🥩Still doubtful but curious? Next time you buy a good quality steak before you cook it, take a small slice off the end and sprinkle with a little salt - you will be surprised how beefy it tastes.

🥩Fun Fact: The All-American Hamburger in its original form in the late 19th Century was sold and eaten raw as " Hamburg Steak" which was raw ground steak with onion and bread crumbs.
Over time the breadcrumbs became the bun we know today.

The steak was rare and juicy with nothing but a dry salt brine the night before that added huge flavor.💫
