Making a comeback! We just got approved for Chanclas y Cervezas which is a partnered fiesta event April 20th, 5pm-11pm at the The Greenline SA , 2532 Sidney Brooks.

I have to say thank you to Finck Ci**rs Helotes for having us as a vendor for their Anniversary Party held March 2. This was our first event back on the food scene after shutting down August 2022, and customers definitely came out to support. We sold out of brisket by 3pm and completely sold out by 6pm when the event began at 12 noon. Our quality service and great food hasn't changed we were the talk of the event from what we heard from many patrons.
We will be making a slow comeback booking select events as a pop up vendor so check our website and follow us on social media for all updates

I just got an email from Square with a snapshot of 2022, in which we unfortunately shut down in August. The snap shot leaves me in awe at how many customers and transactions we did in 5 months busting our ass about 3-5 days a week, attending major events, and serving numerous caterings. If we didnt have a rough June and July and my pick up didnt go in the shop for over a month we would still be rolling smoke but it was nearly impossible to dig ourselves out of the hole we were in. We are looking to get back in but with a partnership. Take a look at the pic...

Well...this will be our last week of weekday pop ups. It has been hit and miss since the end of May so we will be moving to weekends, catering, and events only with possibly shutting down in the near future. Thank you for all the support over the last 11 years we have enjoyed participating in numerous events, servicing your caterings, and traveling to various venues through out San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Austin, and Fredericksburg areas.
