Here's a look at Maverick's 2025 Winter Culinaria menu. 55 dollars a person - starting with Gougéres, followed by a dish of your choosing for each of the three courses. With this Cuilinaria menu, we are also offering FOUR 3 ounce wine pairings of your choosing from our wines by the glass for only 25 dollars! Culinaria will run from January 18th to January 31st.
