We start off with two very enthusiastic individuals who are looking to quench a thirsty world with experimental solutions, and end up with success. One fine Texas day, over a couple bottles of suds, they realized that even though drinking beer is great (cause its awesome), there is just something really lacking in the diverse brews coming from their home state when compared to big name cities like

San Diego. With previous homebrew experience and the internet as their guide, the two optimistic bros set out to make some mistakes and booze all at the same time while documenting it as the "Twin Sister's Brew Project". The goal at the end of this project to manufacture and sell some small batch ciders and share with the world, what they've learned, these are their stories (duh duh sound from law & order)

David C (Big Dawg) Martinez is the muscle of the project, he carries 28 years of life lessons with 6 years of Army experience and knows best when to utilize it. Israel (OFP) Castro on the other hand is pretty much just for looks and PR since we needed a black guy and he just agreed to be paid in free beer and hot pockets, he brings six years of experience in God's great Navy so he is well accustomed to the copious amounts of drinking required to get the first few hundred batches just right.
