STRONG STAR at UT Health San Antonio is offering no cost weekend retreats through a DoD funded research study designed for military couples coping with PTSD. These events are for both veterans and military personnel.

Participants can scan the QR code or refer to the attached flyer for more information about this valuable resource supporting psychological well being and relationship health in military and veteran couples.

Retreats are held in San Antonio, Texas, and include hotel accommodations, meals, and a monetary stipend for participating couples.

Diabetes Insulin Assistance Program
This program is for San Antonio and Bexar County residents who need help paying for their insulin prescription. The program will help pay up to $100 for each insulin prescription, including refills. See the flyers for more details.
