Longing for Authentic Filipino Baked goods in Utah, I encountered a challenge. While residing in Utah, I frequently visited Asian Stores in search of Fresh Filipino Bread and Pastries, only to be disappointed by the limited selection of stale products shipped from California

. Undeterred, I decided to take matters into my own hands and learn the Art of Baking. Despite Initial failures in recreating recipes, I pursued my Passion by seeking guidance from renowned Culinary Institutions and Patry Chefs in the Philippines. I discovered the importance of adjusting recipes to account for Utah's High Altitude, a crucial factor often overlooked by Cooks. Through perseverance and dedication, I Mastered the Art of Baking at High Elevations.
