BAMM It Up B.A.M.M. It Up! About B.A.M.M. Hi, I’m Shannon, founder of B.A.M.M. and proud mom of four sweet inspirations whose initials together spell B.A.M.M.

brings generations of baking to every layered dessert cup—family recipes, love, and pure joy in every spoonful. 🍰
👩‍🏫 Teacher by day, baker by night, sharing Layered Love in Every Cup! 💕 Our name is a tribute to family—and so are the desserts we make. A Heritage of Sweetness

I grew up in a big Italian family where the kitchen was the heart of every celebration. By the time I was three, I was standing on a chair next to my mom and my Nana, dusted in flour and sneaking tastes of dough. Those early mornings of rolling cannoli shells and baking cookies weren’t just baking lessons—they were lessons in love, tradition, and the joy of sharing food. For generations, our family recipes have been passed down on
hand-written cards with floury fingerprints, whispered tips about the perfect rolling of a cookie and a “little more” of whatever makes it taste like home. Layered Love in Every Cup

At B.A.M.M. we bring those traditions to life in a modern, playful way. Every dessert cup features hand-crafted layers of moist cake, rich creams, and decadent toppings—each one inspired by those treasured family recipes and prepared with the same care Nana taught me. Our Promise

Authentic Family Recipes with quality ingredients and old-world techniques with Joy You Can Taste — every spoonful carries the warmth of family. Whether you’re picking up for an afternoon treat or ordering for a celebration, our goal is to share the simple, heartfelt pleasure of homemade desserts—baked the Italian way, with love in every layer.
