The wait is over — chile season has arrived at Casa Lola. 🌶️🍂
One of the most anticipated flavors of the season, Chile en Nogada is a dish rooted in tradition, bringing together a poblano chile stuffed with shredded pork, fruit & nuts, draped in walnut cream sauce and finished with pomegranate seeds and parsley.
For a limited time, this beloved seasonal dish takes center stage as part of Casa de Otoño, our celebration of the flavors, traditions, and ingredients that make fall special.
Also joining the table: Puerco en Manchamantel Mole, featuring slow-cooked pork shoulder in rich ancho chile sauce with grilled pineapple, fried plantain, and roasted yams, plus seasonal cocktails made for sipping into the season.
Make a reservation and savor the season at Casa Lola, Oct. 1–Nov. 27. 🍁
