Introducing Angel’s Reserve — our new top-tier product line, reserved for the rarest, highest-scoring lots we can get our hands on.
And this is the one starting it all.
Ethiopia Kercha Haruse — a dry-processed, auction-grade lot from Ethiopia’s Guji Zone, grown by 1,500+ smallholder farmers at altitudes up to 2,200 meters. Our head cupper scored it 93 points, and instead of playing it safe with a light roast, we took it medium on our fluid bed roaster. The result: cedar, dark chocolate, honey, and a red w**e finish that lingers.
Auction grade means there’s not much of it.
That’s why it’s only available in 8oz bags.
