We've been busy this winter + spring doing pop-ups around the cities, and frequenting our friends at Best Buy headquarters! Now it is time to get the truck back out there, and get this season underway! Have you tried our newest item, the Brisket in a Biscuit? (name cred🔥Vanessa Sovine) --> Our signature jalapeno cheddar cornbread in mammoth muffin form, stuffed w/ slowed smoked brisket, cream cheese + our brisket grilled cheese sauce, drizzled w/ our honey chipotle bbq sauce. *Chef's kiss!*💋 One can be yours this Saturday, April 11th at the Rosemount High School Art & Craft Fair -- join us + our friends from Las Tortillas Mexican Restaurant, Malekü Coffee and ! We'll be serving up your fave BBQ from 10am-2pm. See you there!

Our last food truck event of the fall season is next Thursday, October 30th from 3PM-6PM. Ol' Smoky BBQ will be serving up delicious BBQ, from pulled pork to brisket, they have a large variety of delicious options!

The day before Halloween, so grab some BBQ for dinner and pick out a pumpkin for the porch!
