The Station by Bravo The Station by Bravo is a family owned business. The restaurant is a renovated gas station that opened June 2024. The Station is closed as of August 2nd.

The Station serves full breakfast, tacos, burgers, tenders and more.

Congratulations and best wishes to Eric and Monica Gingerich as they convert the old Station by Bravo to a new business: Cougar Pizza Station.

The Gingerich couple are excited to serve you with a mouth-watering menu - serving freshly made pizzas, wings, salads and other special items. They are no strangers to the community and have family ties to the owners of Miller's Country Market in Lott Texas. No doubt many of you may already know them!

The estimated open time for the Cougar Pizza Station is Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

Rosebud and surrounding communities - please welcome the Gingerich's as they bring an exciting new opportunity to the old station.

Now two down…last one to go ‼️‼️
Open today 7:30 am - 2:00 pm.

And what an AMAZING day we had yesterday!

Thank you to everyone that showed up for Fish Friday. Boy did y’all make us work and we enjoyed every bit of it! ❣️

For today….

‼️Smashburgers - completely sold out!
Transitioning to a limited quantity of Old-Fashioned burgers today. Think of them as the old “Bravo’s Tasty Mart” burgers. 😋😋

We’re also restocked on chicken tenders.
And we have limited fish plates available as well.

And we’re adding a ➡️Limited Lunch Special:

🔹Chicken Fried Chicken
🔹Mashed Potatoes
🔹Green Beans, Roll
🔹and Drink

Well, here it is......our last week in operation.

If you haven't had a chance to try us out.....it's not too late and you won't be disappointed!

Breakfast starts 7:30am until 10:30am.
Lunch starts at 10:30am - 2:00 pm.

****And Friday is Fish Friday - we're open until 7:30pm ****

What a weekend! One more to go‼️

Today we want to take a minute to thank all the customers that continue to support The Station as we wind down our closing. It’s honestly a bittersweet situation!

It fills our heart to receive such wonderful feedback about the food - especially the burgers. So many have said they are the BEST around! Our customers love the service, the atmosphere, the kindness and the genuine effort that we have put into serving the community through The Station by Bravo.

When asked, we were happy to provide donations to local organization such as RLISD Athletic Department (Track and Vollyball), The Roaring Cougar Band, RLISD One Act Play, local summer baseball organization, the St. Ann’s Catholic Church CCD and providing free lunch delivery to the RLISD high school staff on Fridays during school year 2025.

All these things, and more, made us happy to serve you, the community.

As a reminder, we’ll have one more week of operation - ❤️

Thursday, July 31: 7:30 am - 2:00 pm
Friday, August 1st: 7:30 am - 7:30 pm and
Saturday, August 2nd: 7:30 am - 2:00 pm
