Time to plant garlic! First pic - sanitized and soaked in fertilizer. Second pic in ground waiting to be covered with compost. Doesn't look like much now, but those single cloves will turn into heads with 6 or more cloves!

Exciting News!! Starting November 7th, I’ll be sharing a space with Speakeasy Kitchen at The Test Site 213 N 3rd St, Rockford

All my shelf stable products — salts, herb blends, herbal teas, all natural soaps. AND the beautiful pressed flower prints from my BFF, Deb Mayer in Minnesota. All flowers, herbs and greenery come from her garden.

Every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 9-2, barring major holidays.

Spent the rainy Thursday putting together herbal tea bags. Get them this Saturday at North End City Market Snap and I'm WIC approved. Although the garden is winding down I still have fresh herbs, greens and peppers.
