🐔 HEALTHY PECKIN’S 🥗

Listen… we know not everyone wakes up craving fried chicken.

(We don’t understand it, but we respect it.)

That’s why we’ve got three salads and bowls on the menu, including the Cobbfeather pictured here.

Mixed greens, tomato salsa, roasted corn, cheddar cheese, pickled red onion, avocado, egg, Caesar dressing, and chopped bacon. It’s fresh, it’s stacked, it’s hearty, and it’s definitely not one of those sad little side salads.

🍗 WE DO THINGS THE HARD WAY 🍗

Seriously.

At Porch Fried Chicken, our chicken is brined for 24 HOURS in a secret seasoned brine before it even THINKS about hitting the fryer 👀

Then it gets dredged in seasoned rice flour for that extra crispy crunch, dipped in buttermilk, coated again in seasoned AP flour, and broasted to crispy golden perfection ✨

No frozen shortcuts.
No pre-breaded nonsense.
No “good enough.”

Just fresh, made-from-scratch fried chicken the way it SHOULD be.

It takes longer. It’s messier. It’s more work.

But trust us… it makes ALL the difference 🐔🔥

Sure, the fried chicken gets all the attention, but let’s not overlook the sweet stuff.

All of our desserts are made from scratch by the pastry team at North Mr. Pizza, including this absolute unit of a Chocolate Rice Crispy Bar. It’s rich, chocolatey, ridiculously good, and only $4.

Because let’s be honest… if you just crushed a basket of fried chicken, biscuits, and cowboy potatoes, what’s one more thing? 😏

Step two: absolutely smother it in honey butter.

Yes, the honey butter is incredible on a warm buttermilk biscuit… but honestly? It’s EVEN BETTER directly on the chicken itself 😭🔥

Sweet, salty, crispy, buttery, tangy perfection.
