The roaster has been hard at work these last few weeks! Between events and orders it seems like I've been roasting non-stop, and I love all of the positive feedback and being able to share the coffee I love with everyone.

Minor Menu Update: I've got some more coffees to add after sample roasts, and I've got some new decaf coffees as well. I'll add those next week after I've had a chance to sample them, but here is an update of what I have on hand.

I've restocked Pfeiffer Farms Fresh Market, Inc. so stop in and stock up on all the amazing items and fresh meats in store for the holiday weekend.

If you need a quick and delicious drink to go - stop in at Hair Express for a cold brew, a cookie, a new hair cut, and $5 spent at participating downtown businesses will get you an entry into a Father's Day Basket.

Huge Thank You to everyone who came out to the downtown event today, stopped by the grand opening at Welcome to the Echelon, and shopped with all the awesome vendors today!

I loved getting to meet so many people today and share my love of coffee with them!!

What a week! Roasted over 40lbs and finished up some bottled cold brew today. Stop out at Welcome to the Echelon tomorrow to get some of the best coffee and cold brew!

Whew! Lots of roasting this week, over 25lbs and it’s only Wednesday!! Orders are going out and a restock at Pfeiffer Farms Fresh Market, Inc. tomorrow morning.

Menu Update:

I've updated the menu below. I will be looking to add more coffee soon. I should start seeing lots of new coffees coming in soon so I'll be purchasing more in the coming weeks. I do have some Costa Rica coffee beans coming in and once I get some sample roasting/cupping done I'll add that to the menu. Hopefully it will be available by next week.

I have bottled cold brew available. Stop in at Hair Express Mon-Sat to grab a bottle, or send me a message for porch pick up. I have 4 flavors:

Mocha
Caramel Vanilla Cream
Cinnamon Roll
Island Mocha (chocolate,coconut)

Pick up a bottle for $6, or a 4 pack for $20.
