Southern classics will always have a place on our menu - buttt we love putting our own spin on them🪻
For this wedding, the couple wanted charcuterie for cocktail hour, so we took the idea of a traditional grazing spread and made it our own with a mix of fresh fruit, small bites and elevated canapés.
On the cocktail hour menu:
✨ Seafood salad shooters
✨ Watermelon, peach & feta shooters with a hot honey drizzle
✨ Steak crostini with horseradish, pickled onions & steak sauce
✨ Blackberry & cheese skewers
✨Italian antipasto bites
✨ Bacon deviled eggs + chili crisp deviled eggs
✨ Mini chicken salad croissants
Then for dinner, we brought it back home with the classics: fried chicken, smothered chicken, honey-glazed salmon, beef brisket, macaroni & cheese, green beans, candied yams and rolls 🙌🏽
That’s one of our favorite things about creating a menu: taking familiar flavors people already love and finding ways to make the experience feel a little more special, whether it’s through flavor, presentation or something unexpected on the table.
