PROJECT REVEAL
Presenting the Woodland Heights two-story addition and whole-home renovation!
Downstairs, the addition made room for a stunning new kitchen and dining area, while the former kitchen was transformed into a color-drenched butler’s pantry. Upstairs, the addition created an expanded primary suite featuring a new bathroom, designated vanity area, walk-in closet, and laundry.
But this project was much more than the addition alone. Renovations continued throughout the home with a remodeled downstairs powder room and upstairs hall bath, new+refinished hardwood floors, updated fireplaces, upgraded mechanical systems, new roofing and siding, fresh paint throughout, and so much more.
And then there are the details: custom cabinetry and marble countertops+full-slab backsplash in the kitchen, a luxurious freestanding tub in the primary bath, and corner windows flooding both floors of the addition with natural light. A big project with so many beautiful pieces—and one we’re incredibly proud to finally share.
