Our Fall Menu is finally here!!! We love to see the changing of the seasons and with it, the changing of our house-made syrups. All of these drinks have been hand crafted by the staff here at Roastology and will continue to be made with our own ingredients! Come in today through early December to try some of these fun flavors!

Pumpkin Patch Latte: a classic pumpkin spice made with pure pumpkin, brown sugar, and all your fav fall spices

Ginger Spice: a bubbly cold brew made with ginger b**r and cardamom syrup. Topped with nutmeg and served only iced.

M’Apple Pie (don’t worry that extra ‘p’ is intentional!) A hot or iced latte with your choice of milk and a syrup made with dried apples, maple syrup, and cinnamon!

‼️ATTENTION SCOTTS ADDITION‼️ Capital Region Land Conservancy is working to develop a plot of land right here in our neighborhood and make it into a public park for the residents and visitors of Scott’s. We wanted to join in on the effort and make a limited-time garden themed specialty drink, of which 50% of profits will be donated to support the development of Christie’s Garden. Come in to Roastology and try this delicious, sweet and floral treat for a cause that one day we can all reap the benefits of! Thank you so much to everyone who came out to the coffee course last Saturday! I so enjoyed teaching you the ins and outs of specialty coffee and watching you put that knowledge to use. We will be hosting another 101 course as well as a Coffee 201 with a focus in the science of roasting and processing on July 25th!
