When ordering your cheesesteak and we get asked what cheese is better we always recommend cheez whiz.
Why ? Let me tell you cause when you order it with provolone or swiss it makes the cheesesteak dry especially if you’re not going to eat it right away. I understand not everyone likes the cheez whiz so it’s just a heads up when you order provolone or swiss you have to kind of eat it right away.
I know my cheesesteaks are not going to be for everyone and I absolutely understand that and if I ever mess up your order or just something didn’t taste good please let me know it’s important for me to know what I’m doing wrong I appreciate the good and bad reviews..
