We’ve been trying to come up with a fun name for all of you who follow us, support us, share our posts, come hunt us down from town to town, and keep coming back for more. ❤️

For those who may not know, “Pistol” is actually a childhood nickname Alissa’s dad gave her, and it eventually became the inspiration behind Pistol’s Flaming Grill. Since y’all have become such a big part of this little food truck adventure, we decided there was only one name that seemed right…

🏈🔥 Belmont, we’re coming your way! 🔥🏈

Pistol’s Flaming Grill will be set up at the Youth Football Game in Belmont on Saturday, August 29!

And we’re excited about this one because it’ll be our very first time serving BREAKFAST! 🍳🥓 We’ll be rolling out our brand-new breakfast menu, including our Sunrise Sandwiches and Saddle Sticks, along with our regular menu favorites!

So come hungry, grab breakfast or lunch, and cheer on the kids! 🏈❤️ We can’t wait to see everyone!

We had to shut the food truck down a few minutes early today because we ran out of most of our food! ❤️

A HUGE thank you to the Vina community for showing us so much support today! Y’all came out, kept us busy, and truly made our day.

⚠️ A QUICK HEADS UP ABOUT PRE-ORDERS! ⚠️

I wanted to get on here while we have a minute to catch our breath 😁😁😁

VINA!!!!! Y’all are for sure showing us the love and support today and words can’t express how happy and thankful that makes us!!!!!!

We LOVE seeing those pre-orders come in, but please keep in mind that we may run out of certain items before this evening. 😬🔥

We do our best to keep up with demand and prepare enough food, but when we get slammed, some menu items can sell out quicker than expected.

If you’re planning to pre-order, please understand that placing an order does not always guarantee an item will still be available if we sell out.
