Hey!!! We've got Survey going for the community to try and get a good idea of what people are wanting and needing in Rapid City. (And to help our pitch with the landlords to show them something like this would thrive locally 😊

Some EXCITING NEWS!!!
I'm partnering with a group of lovely people on opening up a cafe space that will be a queer-friendly event venue with a Plant-Based Cafe!! And yours truly will be the head chef of this space!!! 😉😁

This is just the tip of the iceberg of what we hope to do in the space, but it'll be a fun sober hangout that's open later into the evening to help provide a space for studying, events, concerts, community collaboration and more!

We're working on getting a space locked down and then plan to start asap on putting it together.... with that said, getting kitchen equipment and renovating a space to fit what we're trying to create is going to cost a chunk of start-up money. We'll be doing fundraisers and cool events through out the summer (we had a raffle basket at Pride in the park) AND if you happen to have a little extra funds to spare and want to see a place like this come alive, I'll attach the venmo QR code below.

Thank you to everyone who came to Pride in the Park and supported such a wonderful event!!!

I got to do a donut treat pop-up (even apparently made it on the news 😜) and completely SOLD OUT of donuts with two hours to spare!!

Have any upcoming plans this Saturday?? I'll be doing another Donut Pop-up booth at Dandelion Wishes starting at 10am.
I'll be there either till 1pm or the donuts run out (which last treat booth they did by 12!)

I'm doing donuts to order now!! All of them are plant-based (free from dairy and eggs), the fruit donuts are all made with fresh fruit and as I'm able I try to use organic ingredients. ;-) They can be requested to be made Gluten Free as well.

I also have two NEW flavors, one is pictured below. Rose and S'mores have now been added to the flavor list.

I've got a new Donut order form made! I've had quite a few people request it and figured I could have this be a small launch to one of the staples I plan to have at Rooted Cafe down the line. 😉
The donuts on the form are for the normal sized ones, not the bite sized - though if you want to order a veggie or donut board for any upcoming gatherings or events please feel free to message me! I plan to have an order form made for those soon as well. 🥰💕

I’m so excited to officially share two new plant-based boards I’ve been working on, perfect for gatherings, parties, events, or special occasions.
Vegan Mini Donut Boards
Each board includes approximately 30 mini donuts and starts with two flavors for $50. Flavor options include strawberry, blackberry, mixed berry, raspberry, blueberry, cookies and cream, vanilla with chocolate frosting, triple chocolate, and lemon.
Donut boards can also be customized into treat boards by swapping some donuts for mini blueberry muffins, cookies, chocolate-covered strawberries, or cake pops. Pricing may vary depending on customizations, so feel free to reach out if you have something specific in mind.
Veggie Boards
The basic veggie board is $40 and feeds approximately 5–7 people. It includes six different veggies, homemade crackers, and one dip of your choice. There are several dip options available, as well as the option to add a homemade vegan cheese wheel, additional dips, more veggies, or a larger board. Add-ons will adjust the final price.
I’m also in the process of partnering with local farms to source seasonal vegetables whenever possible. Otherwise, veggies are typically organic and sourced locally.
Everything I make is 100% plant-based. I’m a certified plant-based chef, and every order helps support my goal of opening Rooted Café in the future.
