This morning enjoying a ultra light roasted Ethiopian natural coffee. Aroma of rose water, spiced tea. Taste of Nectarine, rose water, juicy stone fruits. Hey you guys! Fun news in coffee world! I'm trying out a new recipe with my Serenity Sutra Blend. I replaced the Sumatra with an El Salvador coffee. This gives the blend less earthy tones than originally, and makes it a bit cleaner and sweeter. The tasting notes are now mildly sweet Vanilla, tart lemongrass, and warm Allspice for a pleasant morning meditation.

In other news, the next on "tap" in the "Decadent Decafe" is a Peru La Victoria Swiss Water Process Decaf coffee. Swiss Water Process uses no chemicals except water to achieve 99% decaffeination - this is top tier! The tasting notes are Macintosh Apple, Kiwi, and Fig. Relax and enjoy this Peru day or night.

Confident Colombian is the perfect coffee for a Summer morning, especially one like today! This light roast is smooth, citrusy and sweet, like a lemon bar. It will brighten anyones day! Hey you all! I wanted to announce my latest coffee with you. It just released today! "Decadent Decafé" is my Roaster's choice rotating single origin decaf option. I celebrate decaf coffee as an alternative to alcohol in this imaginary coffee "taproom".
This current batch on "tap" is a medium roast from Colombia via the Sugarcane decaf process. The taste has notes of fig and spiced apple. A very pleasant drink to sip on, day or night. Now available at Dancing Moon Books and Gifts! Also in person or my website ;)
