Meet Elliot! She’s one of our baristas and she is pure sunshine! Her current drink of choice is an iced matcha with our fruity pebbles infused oat milk. From the kitchen, she loves our sweet heat grilled cheese with roasted turkey. A fun fact about Elliot is that she is a writer who’s currently working on a YA fantasy novel (and, unrelatedly, her favorite animal is the giant oceanic manta ray). Right now she has See You Soon by beabadoobee on repeat.
