As we prepare to open our doors, we can’t help but look back at where we started. The beautiful new Belrose wouldn’t be possible without our incredibly talented designer Barbara Gisel, thank you for working your magic and giving our home a stunning new look 🤍 We are also excited for everyone to see the floral artwork throughout the restaurant, created by local Lambertville artist Tony LaSalle (Tony La Salle)!

With over 25 years of experience, Ross has cooked everywhere from France and England to Napa Valley, the Hamptons, and right here in Philadelphia. But beyond his impressive resume, what truly makes Ross special is his passion for hospitality, delicious food, and creating spaces that bring people together. After helping revive the iconic Columbus Inn and leading hospitality efforts with the Capano Management family for more than a decade, Ross is now bringing his talent and creativity to the 333 Belrose family as part of Capano’s continued hospitality vision. From world-class kitchens to your table, we are beyond excited to have him lead the culinary experience at 333 Belrose!
