Tonight, we’re honored to be serving more than 90 guests at The Bourbon Chronicles Dinner! 🥃

This is always one of my favorite events. It’s a big night, but when I have a team like this behind me, they make it look easy. I couldn’t do what I do without their hard work, talent and dedication.

I’m proud to be their chef—and even prouder to call them my team. Now, let’s make tonight one to remember!

Not everyone wants the spotlight.
That’s Teresa.

If you’ve ever had one of our desserts, you’ve experienced her work. She creates every dessert and somehow every single one comes out better than the last.

I’ve said it more times than I can count… I’m still in awe of what she creates. And her crème brûlée? Without question, the best I’ve ever had.

She may never ask for recognition, but today she deserves it.

Yesterday wasn't about catering. It was about taking care of a friend.

Dave has been one of my best friends for a long time, and yesterday he said goodbye to his wife after she lost her battle with cancer. When I was asked to cook for her celebration of life, there was never a question. You show up for the people you love.

I'm grateful I had the chance to do something for Dave and his family during such a difficult time. Sometimes a meal can't fix anything, but I hope it brings a little comfort and lets people focus on being together.

I'm also thankful for the team that stood beside me yesterday. They weren't just there to work—they were there because they care. That's what makes this industry special. We spend so much time together that somewhere along the way, your coworkers become family.

Yesterday was a hard day, but it reminded me how important it is to show up for each other.

Love you, brother. We're all here for you. ❤️
