Kountryguy's Carolina BBQ Carolina-style BBQ, rubs, and sauces! Up in the North-West, you just can't find anything like what I grew up on back home. It was a hit!

Kountryguy's Carolina BBQ was created to aid in spreading the word about Carolina-style BBQ and the sauces that go with it. So I began making my own BBQ to share with my family and friends using my step-fathers sauce and an assortment of spices as a rub. As a result of those first times making sauce and BBQ for everyone, I began to branch out, making a mustard-based "South Carolina sauce" and a St. Louis-style rub sauce with the right amount of taste to kick off any backyard barbeque!
