Tucked right into the middle of the city, Toya makes for an easy stop whether you’re coming across the bridge, staying central on the east side or staying in & ordering delivery.

We open at 11AM with house-made noodles ready, seasonal plates hitting the table & our bar team shaking up classic cocktails with a Japanese-inspired Toya twist.

A low-ABV pour with Kagura Kabosu & Sansho sake-based liqueur, fresh lime & Douglas Lager— a local beer with a little old-school PNW spirit behind it.🍻 Bright, citrusy & refreshing, right alongside the rest of our summer menu.

We’re keeping it locked in as we roll through summer— Chef’s always got something new flying through the pass, & our team is here every day holding it down from lunch through dinner.

After preparing all week— 𝙆𝙪𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙖 𝙏𝙤𝙣𝙠𝙤𝙩𝙨𝙪 𝙎𝙝𝙞𝙤 has landed for the weekend!💥 
Berkshire pork bones are slowly cooked until they become a rich, creamy & deeply savory broth. That signature body comes entirely from the pork bones, fat & collagen emulsifying throughout the process.

Seasoned with shio tare, finished with black garlic oil & loaded with pork chashu, pork coppa, chicken breast, sweet corn & wood ear mushroom over house-made noodles.

Our first collab with was off the charts, so we’re bringing even more to the table for this one as Mexican & Japanese flavors meet again. 
Turn up the summer evening with menmaladas, grasshopper blendies, margaritas & from the bar team. Then sit down for seafood cócteles, ahi tostadas, barbacoa tacos, flautas, masa dumplings, cold masa noodles & a new katsu— & definitely save room for a miso caramel swirl & berry corn ice cream. 🍨
