Our OTA Tofu Yakko Flight is our version of a traditional Japanese dish—hiyayakko—a side or appetizer simply consisting of cold tofu with toppings. We serve the Ota tofu 3 ways with:
-Yuzu ponzu with scallions & grated ginger
-Housemade hazelnut ra-yu (chili oil)
-Kuromitsu-soy glaze with kinako
