We had a great time working with everyone and look forward to a big year in 2026 when we’re expect to introduce our long awaited big concession trailer!!

So much left to do but we have much done and has huge plans for being out doing concession events across west Michigan and more!

Love our clients!! This one we are able to make our awesome St Louis cut glazed ribs, drunken pork belly, fall off the bone tequila lime wings, Sticky Beans, smoked mac, Southern cake cornbread and smoked triple chocolate brownies 😳😎

For breakfast I did my first ever smoked cinnamon rolls! Very good but either need to wait longer to put the icing on or just get more icing (I vote more icing!!)
