💛 Important Update from Mis Empanadas Empanadas 💛

To all of our amazing customers, friends, and supporters — I wanted to share a little update with you all. Due to some recent health issues, I have become more limited in what I am physically able to do on the food truck at this time. This has been a very difficult adjustment for me because cooking and serving our community has always been my passion.
While I may need to slow down with the truck, I am focusing more on catering, family meal packages, weekly specials, pre-made meals for busy families, empanada platters, and custom food orders. My goal is to continue bringing the flavors of my Island straight to your home and table with the same love and authenticity you have always supported.
If you have an event, need weekly meals, office lunches, party trays, or simply want homemade Puerto Rican food without the stress of cooking, I would truly love to help. I am also open to special requests and creating customized meal options for your family’s needs.
During this challenging season, your support means more to me than words can express. Sharing my posts, placing orders, recommending us to friends and family, and continuing to support small businesses like mine truly helps keep this dream alive.
Thank you all for the love, prayers, encouragement, and support you continue to show me and my family. Cooking is more than a business to me — it is my way of sharing love, culture, and a piece of home with all of you. ❤️
