Our latest selection from Japan brings Aji, Hime Dai, Saba, Itoyori Dai, Mejina, and Iwashi to the sushi bar, each with its own flavor worth discovering.
Aji Sashimi with Deep-Fried Bones is back on the specials too. Enjoy the Aji as fresh sashimi, and then keep going - the bones are deep-fried until light and crunchy, giving you a completely different way to enjoy the same fish.
