This week one of our baristas asked me what area of the business is currently experiencing a major bottle neck in operations & why? Without hesitation, I said menu updates - & here’s why 😅.. Can’t say I wasn’t warned!

That said, we’re sad to see the Caprese go, but we had to make room for a little more heat. Big fan of the new addition, especially paired with an iced Pumpkin Spice.

Our second holiday weekend is in the books!

Huge thanks to this incredible team for rockin it amidst the chaos! A special shout out to Olivia & Trinity, our newest additions, who held it down while still training through the busy weekend.

Thank you everyone who stopped by & for being so patient while we worked through the lines. We are so blessed to be able to work with & serve this awesome community! 🙏

A favorite pastime is hunting for seashells on the beach. There’s nothing better than finding hidden gems as you explore your surroundings.

So to kick off the back to school season, we’re bringing a little shell hunting to Plymouth. We’ll be stashing seashells around town… an excuse to wander somewhere new, rediscover a familiar spot, and have a little fun along the way.

Each seashell contains a gift from Mountain Mermaid, but you won’t know what until you find it.

Shell #1 is officially out there.

Watch closely for your clue, and if you find it, bring it back to Mountain Mermaid to claim what’s inside.

It has officially been three months since we opened our doors. Summer has blown by yet it feels like the final push on our build out was ages ago. Time is a funny thing.

Over the past three months, Logan & Rynn have dished out *thousands* of sandwiches. Zoe, Maya, Maddie, & Fiona have served up thousands more lattes. Brynn slung hundreds of smoothies on the weekends at her very first job. I’ll take credit for a large portion of the Aerocanos - delicious & not as pretentious as they sound. Olivia joined us just in time to experience making a Pineberry or two on its final stretch for the season.

All jokes aside, none of this would be possible without our incredible team who show up everyday ready to rock it. Same goes for our equally amazing customers who have supported us as we grow and learn how to best serve all of you.

We promise to always strive to do our best, improve our craft, and never forget why we’re doing this in the first place…

To support rural communities, local agriculture,
& healthy lifestyles in mind, body, & spirit.
