It was amazing serving you all! Unfortunately we closed our brick and mortar but Chef Brian can be found at Chimera Brewing in Castle Shannon! (Melissa, too!)

We should have just called ourselves Damn Good Food and Drinks. American Fare with a Southern Flare and a Craft Cocktail/Mocktail Program that has something for everyone. We feature local and regional craft beers and spirits (along with most of the old time favorites) to accompany stellar food in a fun and modern atmosphere.

Just gauging some interest.. who's in for Seven Fishes at Chimera Brewing this year?! 👀

We are considering hosting the Seven Fishes Dinner and potentially the Sunday Suppers moving forward at in Castle Shannon, maybe with optional beer pairings and BYO wine (or we have a couple to offer)!

Putting out the feelers to see who might be up for reuniting in the South Hills! Hit that like or drop an "I'M IN!" in the comments, and if we have enough interest, we'll get the ball rolling!

📢📢 Fun Fact: Brian is now the HEAD CHEF at Chimera Brewing and has spent a few weeks revamping, tweeking, and perfecting some of their dishes while adding a few of his own new ones! The new Brunch menu features some great new items, including an updated version of the Collasal Chicken and Waffle that you can't pass up!

Tonight was amazing, full of laughs, some tears, happy faces, full bellies and sad goodbyes but hopefully not forever!

We want to thank all of you who have supported us whether it was once or a hundred times and while we close this chapter, we probably aren't done with our story. If you know us, you know we can't sit still for long 🤣

Thank you all a million times! Hope to see you all around!

It was an amazing 5 years, and we don't regret a single second! We will miss you all more than you can possibly imagine and hope to see you while we are out and about!

Welcome to Sultry F&B, where our desire is to offer Bistro style dishes to the city of Pittsburgh based on the fare they know and love. Utilizing our experience and passion for food to give it just a touch of flare, we like to refer to our style as an "Homage to Pittsburgh". Pulling from local heritage and a love for culture and food, we hope to pay tribute to those generations that came before us while utilizing mordern availability. We promise there are dishes for everyone on our menu. Because the most important people to us are our neighbors, something we feel strongly about is supporting local farms and businesses the best we can. We source whenever possible from local farms and purveyors to bring as much seasonality as the good Earth can provide. We not only do this to ensure we are getting the freshest ingredients, but because we believe local sustainability is what brings a community together.
