You may have heard (or checked your calendar) to see that today marks the first day of autumn. In Cantonese culture, autumn symbolizes more than just a seasonal shift of weather.

It represents a shift in focus on the foods we serve and eat, the gratitude we feel, and clearing away negative energy.

This season, we look forward to honoring more togetherness, especially in the wake of the Mid-Autumn Festival. We look forward to focusing on our soups alongside other soothing dishes. We look forward to being a part of your gatherings big and small.
