🍪 Vendor Spotlight: Heart Break Bakery 🍪

Meet Gabrielle, the talented baker behind Heart Break Bakery! This is her very first farmers market season, and she’s been loving every minute of it. Encouraged by her coworkers to start her own business, she joined the market in June — and says it’s been the biggest blessing. 💛

Gabrielle specializes in delicious cookies (including her best-selling no bakes that sell out week after week!) and has big dreams of adding custom bags and personal cakes to her menu. Every week, her baking marathon starts on Wednesday with ingredient prep, dough-making on Thursday, and lots of late-night/early-morning baking and packaging before the market.

Balancing life as a full-time student, a full-time employee, and a small business owner isn’t easy, but Gabrielle says the most rewarding part is seeing familiar faces return for her treats — and hearing heartfelt stories like the customer who told her, “Your cookies taste just like my mother’s and grandmother’s.”

For Gabrielle, buying local means investing in your community — something that has personally helped her achieve milestones like buying her first home at just 22 years old. 💪
