That Ratatouille made me want to go watch the movie again 😂

But nah these are a few of the many dishes I’ve made for my clients. Private jet catering has been an exciting part of my culinary journey. Every order challenges me to get better, try new things, and continue growing as a chef.

One thing I love is that no two orders are ever the same. It keeps me creative and constantly learning. I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had so far and even more excited about where I’m taking Chef D’s Cuisine next! ✈️👨🏾‍🍳

Istopped by Marz Kitchen to try a few of their menu items. This is my new go to spot for soul food. Perfectly fried fish with mac and yams. Shoutout to Squizzy and his mom in the kitchen doing great work. Definitely worth checking out.

20 middle schoolers, 4 cooking stations, and a whole lot of energy 😂🔥

We’re doing our all around the World Series with a group of middle school students. This week we made chicken fajitas while learning knife skills, seasoning, teamwork, and exploring culture through food. We had fun, we danced, and we still got the job done! 🌮

Ripplewood in Ardmore had some real standouts. The branzino was easily one of my favorites, and the smash burger special was cooked right and packed with flavor. The ribs were another hit.

The octopus missed for me. It was heavily charred, and the flavors on the plate didn’t really come together. For dessert, I tried their take on a Snickers with chocolate mousse. Solid concept, but as a vanilla person, I would’ve loved that even more with a lighter filling.

Overall, definitely a spot I’d come back to.

Mango Mango in Ardmore is definitely one for the dessert list 🥭 From mango-forward desserts and sago to crepe cakes, sticky rice, teas, and more, there’s plenty to explore.
