France, and a workday that looked nothing like the ones back home. 🇫🇷

A grand wedding, an international setting, and the chance to bring Paan to a celebration built on this scale, that doesn’t happen every day.

Working alongside Chef Ranveer Brar as a key culinary vendor made it one to remember. And somewhere in the middle of it all, VISHAL SHEYKHAR were performing live, so the evening had its own soundtrack too.

Spent the day in the kitchen with Ranveer Brar and walked out with a few new tricks up my sleeve, along with a fair bit of flour on my apron. There’s something different about learning from someone who’s spent decades getting it right. You stop watching the dish and start watching the hands.

Paan has always been about instinct for me. Today reminded me how much there still is to pick up from people who’ve mastered a different craft entirely.
