To the real hero behind Chef Brian Michael...

I just want to take a moment to honor my beautiful wife, Alexandria. Not only is she absolutely gorgeous, but the Holy Spirit within her is one of the most precious gifts from the Lord.

Through many hard years of building our business and enduring intense emotional trials, this woman has stood beside me with unwavering faith. Her sensitive nature and tender heart have always shown me God’s grace in the most tangible ways.

With joy and tears in my eyes, I can honestly say: without you, Girly, I would be nothing. I would’ve never made it. Thank you for being endlessly supportive, patient, and gracious to me. I love you more than words can say.
