Attention, Nightjar Nation: Paradise is about to get messy.

Starting Monday, June 8th, a group of eligible classic cocktails will arrive at Nightjar looking for one thing: your rose. Some will find love, most will get sent home, and not every cocktail is here for the right reasons.

Only one will be crowned the Hottest Cocktail of the Summer. Stay tuned this week to meet the contestants of the very first season of Nightjar in Paradise.

Belgian Wit - 4%

This Nordic inspired Belgian Wit was brewed in honor of our favorite God anti-hero, Loki, the shapeshifting trickster.

Built on the soft wheat base of a Belgian wit, we twist the style by swapping out the classic coriander for aromatic caraway seeds adding a layer of spiced rye bread and earthy herbal notes. Freshly foraged Norway Spruce tips were added in the boil and secondary to boost the citrus character of the bitter orange peel and adding a light pine aroma.

We tap this TODAY at 3pm along with our LIMITED ANTI-HERO POP UP MENU.

Sighted just off the bar top... and we’re not convinced it meant to be seen.

The creature emits bright citrus aromas layered over a cloudberry sweetness, suggesting a deceptive approachability. Aquavit gives its body a sharp, herbaceous spine, while traces of blue spirulina and squid ink create a mesmerizing, hypnotic swirl.

It's behavior is alluring and unpredictable. Approach with caution... and curiosity
