In case you haven’t noticed, we have made some pretty significant changes to our weekly features and desserts this year.

As the GM, I am extremely proud of the team. We are all 100% focused and making sure each and every guest leaves happy!

And if you’re not happy, let me know so I can make a difference.

I’m also extremely proud of the locals who support us. ❤️

Yesterday, I posted our featured Fish. Today I am introducing our featured entree. The Petite Filet, sliced after cooking, on a bed of Garlic Mashed Potatoes and topped with our house made Buffalo Trace Sweet & Spicy Bourbon Glaze. And served with oblique carrots. Oh yeah!

This weeks Featured Fish is out of this world! Blackened Grouper on a bed of Gouda Cheese Grits, topped with a creole lemon beurre blanc sauce, and served with charred Brussel Sprouts on a bed of house made bacon tomato jam.

This by far outdoes anything we have ever done with our Featured Fish.

Hats off to Chef Andy! Nice job!!

Just because we are closed on Mondays doesn’t mean I don’t have things to do. Seasoning the brined Prime Rib, made two delicious desserts: Ghirardelli White Chocolate Crème Brûlée & Maker’s Mark Peach Bread Pudding.

To top it off, made the sauce for our next steak special. A Buffalo Trace Sweet & Spicy Bourbon Glaze.

What an exciting evening we had last night with our first ever Bourbon Dinner. Four different bourbons paired with four different dishes.

Twenty-five years later, we remember.

We remember the 2,977 lives taken too soon, the families who were forever changed, and the countless heroes who ran toward danger to help others.

We honor the first responders, military members, rescue and recovery workers, survivors, and all those who have carried the effects of that day for the past 25 years.

Today, we pause to remember their courage, their sacrifice, and the extraordinary spirit of unity and compassion that followed.

We will never foget.
