Happy birthday to me!!
I'm kinda a day late but I had to wait till tonight to get Chat GPT to give me a free version of this. I probably should have waited till morning when I had more free images available but I thought it was cute so I thought I'd go ahead and share. I'm too cheap to get the paid version LOL. I told it to say what it knew about me already so far and this is what it came up with. 🎂

Looking forward to the future and hopefully to build a bigger "sweet" community here in Pensacola.

I'm so glad you're here. If you aren't already following, please do follow, ❤️ and share. Anytime you interact with my account, it sure makes my day!!! 🎂

I've shared a few reels about this two tier cake already, go watch them if you haven't already. 🍊
To match the top wedding cake layer
from the inspo picture it was lightly decorated when I came to deliver. They couldn't source real orange orchids in time but we just may due with what they could find and brown ribbon.
Their daughter and the brides mother wanted to do a surprise 15th wedding anniversary for them and I was super impressed by that. Not too many teenagers seem to care about these sorts of things. I hope everyone had a good time. I did hear great reviews about the cake flavor and everyone loved it.

Cake details~
6 and 8 inch tiers. White chocolate cake layers with a whipped white chocolate ganache filling and orange buttercream.

This flavor combo is perfect for the fruit flavors. Had I been able to make the buttercream in the orange tone I would definitely have added orange zest, not just orange extract or juice.🍊
The other option for this delicious favor profile would be orange cake layers and white chocolate buttercream filled with a fresh made Orange curd🍊 or just the whipped white chocolate filling would be perfect.

I was happy to help make another set of memories for this couple!!
Happy Anniversary!!

Story time:
Ghirardelli premium baking white chocolate bars are my "go to" for white chocolate ganache already, but recently I've been making this recipe for "whipped ganache frosting".
Its mousse-like texture is perfect for a delicious filling and it is the best!!! It's like a sweet cloud!
Available as an option for your next cake from Sweet Cream Cake Co.

Sometimes it's not so much the dessert or food but the memory of the reason for them. I had a customer reach out desperate for someone who could fulfill an order for her daughter's surprise anniversary party, hosted by their teenage daughter. The cake from 15 years ago was white chocolate and orange of some sort but solid white. So I did my best to create something super delicious. I was told it was delicious and loved by everyone! 🩷 Success!!

I have always enjoyed helping people create or recreate special moments in their life!!
It's not just flour, salt and sugar it's memories!

Although diaper cakes have lost some popularity, I've had the pleasure of creating many over the past 18 years, alongside traditional cakes.
A previous client recently reached out, and I was thrilled to deliver this custom order within 4 days, thanks to Amazon and Target!
The mom-to-be is an Air Force pilot, making it an honor to create this special gift 🇺🇸✈️🩵🎂.
