It's Industry Monday, where we celebrate all things hospitality in Paso Robles! The Special today is our version of the buffalo chicken sandwich with tonkatsu sauce, slaw, pickles and gochujang glaze, served with charro beans. Say hello to April Brause, Wine Steward and Day Floor Lead at the Anderson Paso restaurant.
