(A vegetarian dish of Penne tossed with eggplant, tomatoes, olives and feta cheese)
Pork with Corn Relish and Scalloped Potatoes
(Roasted pork topped with a corn and red pepper relish)

Chicken with Artichokes and Sugar Snap Peas with Sweet Potatoes
(Roasted chicken, artichokes, and sugar snap peas topped with a tangy white wine sauce)
Turkey Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms with Rice pilaf
(Portobello mushroom stuffed with ground turkey and topped with melted fontina cheese)
Caesar Salad

Macaroni Casserole
(A creamy vegetarian macaroni casserole, similar to a baked ziti)
Pork with Mushrooms served with Sweet Potatoes
(Roasted pork topped with a mushroom and thyme sauce)
Chicken Scaloppini with Couscous with cauliflower
(Italian style dish of breaded chicken served in a white wine and caper sauce)
Thanksgiving Dinner, mashed potatoes and corn
Champagne Vinaigrette

Chicken Fajitas
(Spicy mixture of grilled chicken, peppers, and onions served in a flour tortilla)
Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken with Lemon Couscous
(Baked Chicken stuffed with a mix of spinach, tomatoes, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese)

Eggplant Parm served with a side of Angel Hair Pasta
(A vegetarian dish of breaded eggplant, a cheesy blend of ricotta and mozzarella topped with marinara sauce)
Beef Stroganoff
(A creamy casserole of diced Beef ribeye steak and egg noodles)
Honey Mustard Dressing
