People ask us that a lot. Honest answer: we love this town, and we love coffee, and we got tired of those two things not matching up.

We wanted to develop coffee that we'd be proud to hand to a neighbor, something that actually tasted good and that real care and attention went into it. Every batch we roast is done with that in mind.

The heart of our company is consistently delicious coffee. We live for the moment someone takes a sip of one of our roasts and their whole outlook on coffee changes. That's the job. Making sure that every bag, every cup, and every roast meets your expectations. Because you deserve it.

As the roaster, we manage that timing. We roast it, you get to enjoy it when the sweetness is at its peak, the aromatics are still fresh, and nothing is flattened out by weeks on a store shelf.
